Your first appointment is a comprehensive and guided consultation where Elissa takes the time to understand your health history, skin concerns and goals and then outlines clear, personalised next steps.

All naturopathic consultations with Elissa are conducted via Telehealth through a secure online platform, allowing you to receive one on one comprehensive naturopathic care from anywhere in Australia. Telehealth removes the need for travel and waiting rooms, allowing you to focus on your care from the comfort of your own space.
As a naturopath skin specialist providing natural medicine for digestive and hormonal health Elissa works with clients Australia-wide via virtual Telehealth sessions, providing the same depth of assessment and treatment planning as in-clinic care. Prescriptions, pathology referrals and personalised supplement plans are all organised electronically during your consultation. Appointments are confidential, thorough and designed to feel supportive and informative. Elissa works with clients of all ages and presents with all skin concerns, digestive conditions and hormonal conditions as well as general health concerns.

Appointments can be booked online instantly. There’s no need to email or call beforehand – everything can be organised during your consultation. For skin concerns you can send photos of the affected area where possible via your confirmation email.

Many of our clients feel they have tried everything, have a complicated presentation and are on or withdrawing from medications, this is not a block to naturopathic treatment.

Your Consultation
Your consultation is a comprehensive, holistic health investigative session, focused on understanding the underlying drivers of your skin and overall health concerns.
During your appointment, Elissa will:

Take an in-depth case history across all areas connected to health concerns and skin disharmony.

Identify and outline your personal key internal and external factors contributing to your health or skin condition and outline a plan

Discuss appropriate supplements, herbal medicine, nutrition and pathology testing where required as well as topical strategies as needed
Following your consultation, you will receive a detailed treatment plan and session notes outlining your initial consultations personalised approach to holistic health and naturopath skin treatment.​

Nutrition is a core part of holistic health and skin healing. You will be guided through an eating approach tailored to your skin, physiology and health imbalances through your treatment process.
