Your Consultation
The consultation process involves an in-depth case history across all areas connected to skin disharmony and holistic health. Some physical examinations where relevant and a question and answer opportunity to resolve any queries you may have about your health condition. Elissa will let you know what areas are driving your specific skin condition and discuss any relevant pathology testing needed for a guiding edge in designing your personalised skin protocol. After your consultation you will receive a detailed session notes and plan, this is essentially our plan for skin resolution.

As part of your treatment, you will be versed in an eating plan that works for you and your skin. Elissa uses diet approaches that optimise therapeutic foods (food as medicine) and relieves your body of aggravating food compounds driving your skins and your internal organs disharmony. Within your return diet consultation you will be walked through the optimal way for you to be eating for your skin’s and health imbalances, supported to implement these therapies and again be sent a diet consultation notes and plan to support you for success in eating for optimal skin health.

This 15 minute follow up consultation is offered as an interim consultation for small changes between normal follow ups or for acute illnesses or issues arising between appointments.
Virtual Consultations
Elissa is equipped for and experienced with working with interstate, rural and overseas patients through Telehealth and phone consultation.
The provision of detailed images of your skin’s problematic areas allows for a closer inspection. These are viewed prior to consultation, to aid in the clearest identification of skin disharmony.
Supplements
Elissa prescribes supplements from a wide variety of high quality supplement lines, as well as some in clinic prescription such as herbal tonics and nutritional compounding.
These are generally from practitioner only supplement brands. Any suggested supplements will be explained to you at the time of prescription.
